At JACK'd Carts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and stylish in every piece you order from our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
